Start with the agreed surfaces
Check the rooms and surfaces listed in the estimate, including doors, trim, and any repairs. Review the finish under normal room lighting. Point out areas you want discussed, and ask whether an apparent difference is still related to drying.
Look at the details you use
Review corners, edges, and the areas around switches and hardware. Confirm that the agreed cleanup is complete and moved items are handled as planned. If doors or drawers were part of the project, ask when they can return to normal use.
Record any remaining items
Make one shared list instead of sending separate messages about each concern. Agree on what needs attention and when it will be addressed. Keep that list with the estimate and any approved changes.
Ask for the care information
